Custom web application development
Customer portals, dashboards, and internal tools your team actually adopts. Fast, accessible, and built to be maintained by whoever comes after us.
- Free 30-minute scope call
- Quote within 48 hours
- Typical build 4–10 weeks
What we build
- Customer portals
- Self-service portals where your clients upload documents, track work, and stop emailing you for status. Login, permissions, and audit trails done properly from day one.
- Dashboards & reporting
- Live views of the numbers your team runs on, pulled from the systems that already hold them. Fast enough that people keep the tab open.
- Internal tools
- The admin panels and back-office workflows spreadsheets have been quietly holding together. Built around how your team actually works, not how the vendor imagined it.
- API design & integrations
- Clean APIs for your own products and integrations with the CRMs, ERPs, and payment systems you already depend on.
- Performance rescue
- An existing app that has grown slow, flaky, or expensive. We profile it, fix the real bottlenecks, and leave you with the numbers to prove it.
- Accessibility & hardening
- WCAG-conscious interfaces, sensible security defaults, and the boring reliability work that keeps an app out of the incident channel.
How we build web apps
Most web application projects fail on scope, not on code. So we start with a free 30-minute scope call, put the scope, timeline, and a fixed price in writing within 48 hours, and hold that price even when we misjudge the effort.
The build itself runs in weekly increments. Every Friday from week one there is working software on a staging link you can click, not a slide deck about progress. Portals, dashboards, and internal tools are shaped with the people who will use them, because an internal tool nobody adopts is just a slower spreadsheet.
We write TypeScript, C#, Go, Python, and Rust, picked per problem rather than per fashion, and deploy to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, whichever your business already trusts. When we hand over, the code, infrastructure, and accounts are all in your name, with documentation and 30 days of post-launch fixes included.
Fair questions
Anything not covered here is a quick note to hello@insetix.com.
What does a custom web application cost?
Most web application projects land between $15k and $80k depending on scope. A single focused internal tool can come in under that. You get the exact number in writing before any contract is signed, and it does not move.
How long does a web app take to build?
Typical builds run 4 to 10 weeks. You see working software on a staging link every Friday from week one, so there is never a long silent stretch.
Can you take over an existing web application?
Yes. A lot of our work starts inside code someone else wrote. We begin with a short paid audit so the quote reflects the codebase as it is, then modernize or extend it one seam at a time.
What stack do you use for web applications?
TypeScript and C# most often, with Go, Python, or Rust where they earn their place, on PostgreSQL and the major clouds. We pick boring technology where boring wins and keep the whole stack in your name.
Tell us what you're building.
Three sentences is plenty. Scope call within days, a written fixed-price quote 48 hours after it.
