Cloud & DevOps services

Infrastructure that doesn't page anyone at 3am. Migrations, CI/CD, and monitoring across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, sized for what you run rather than for a consultancy's invoice.

What we set up

Cloud migrations
Workloads moved to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud with a rollback path at every step. Lift-and-shift where that is enough, re-architecture only where it pays.
CI/CD pipelines
Builds, tests, and deployments that run themselves. Shipping to production stops being a Friday ceremony and becomes a non-event.
Monitoring & alerting
Dashboards for the metrics that predict trouble and alerts only for things a human must act on. If it pages at 3am, it had better be real.
Cost reduction
Cloud bills audited line by line: right-sizing, reserved capacity, and deleting the forgotten environments. Most audits pay for themselves inside a quarter.
Infrastructure as code
Environments defined in Terraform or the cloud-native equivalent, so staging matches production and disaster recovery is a rerun, not an archaeology dig.
Security & access baseline
Least-privilege IAM, secrets out of source control, and audit trails switched on. The unglamorous baseline that prevents the expensive incident.

How we run cloud work

Cloud projects have a habit of being sized for the consultancy rather than the client: a landing-zone program where a week of Terraform would do. Ours are scoped the other way. Most engagements run two to six weeks, and the deliverable is infrastructure your own team can operate, not a dependency on ours.

Migrations move in slices with a rollback path at every step, proven in a staging environment defined by the same code as production. CI/CD and monitoring land alongside, because a migrated system nobody can safely deploy to has not actually been modernized.

Everything is in your accounts and your name from day one: cloud subscriptions, DNS, secrets, dashboards. When we hand over, the documentation and training are included, and leaving us costs nothing, which is exactly why clients stay.

Fair questions

Anything not covered here is a quick note to hello@insetix.com.

Which cloud should we pick?

Usually the one your business already trusts or your team already knows. AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud are all fine homes for most workloads; the switching costs are real and the differences for typical systems are smaller than the marketing suggests. We will give you a straight recommendation on the scope call.

Can you cut our cloud bill?

Almost always. Right-sizing, reserved capacity, storage tiers, and deleting forgotten environments typically find meaningful savings, and the audit usually pays for itself inside a quarter. You see the numbers before and after.

Do you offer ongoing infrastructure support?

The goal is infrastructure your own team can run, with documentation and training included. If you want us on call anyway, a light maintenance retainer is available after launch.

How disruptive is a cloud migration?

It should not be disruptive at all. Workloads move in slices with rollback paths, cutovers happen in quiet windows, and the old environment stays warm until the new one has proven itself under real traffic.
